position overview · develop and implement digital marketing strategies to meet established sales or market share targets · tremendous first-hand opportunity from 0 to 1 and from china to worldwide · based in beijing; new employee induction in tianjin for the first three months responsibilities: design and execute integrated digital marketing strategies and plans aligned to the business objectives, consumer insights and competitor analysis, through website, social media, kol and etc. define and implement a comprehensive and measurable content plan to maximize attraction, conversion and retention. track program results for continuous improvement, and evaluate and introduce new techniques and tools that can improve campaign performance and/or roi. guide and support overseas marketing teams to develop and execute local digital marketing strategies vendor management budget management requirements: over 5 years successful b2c marketing experience running global/local multi-channel and multi-audience campaigns. experience of consumer electronics, sports, outdoor equipment are preferred. a strong background in campaign marketing, with a focus on demand generation, database marketing and content marketing good data, crm and analytical capabilities excellent verbal, written and visual communications skills and interpersonal skills ability to build relationships and manage external vendors ba / bs in marketing or equivalent working experience water sports fans are preferred leadership skills - independent judgment: receives assignments in the form of results expected, due dates and general procedures when specific procedures may not exist - drive innovation and continuous improvement - interpersonal skills: develop and leverage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to address business goals - act like an owner: deliver results, creating value for our brands, our system, our customers, and key stakeholders. - develop self & others: fast learner; develop self and support others' development to achieve full potential. - performance driven & accountable: has high performance standards. outperforms her/his peers. - fast/agile: removes barriers to move faster. experiments and adapts. thrives under pressure and fast pace. - empowered: brings solutions instead of problems. challenges the status quo. has the courage to take an unpopular stance - culture diversity
